Welcome to LLM Council. By accessing or using our website and services at llmcouncil.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LLM Council, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

LLM Council is an AI deliberation platform that:

• Processes your queries through multiple large language models (LLMs)
• Facilitates anonymous peer review between AI models
• Synthesizes responses into comprehensive answers
• Provides document generation capabilities (Pro plan)

3. Account Registration

To use LLM Council, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan:

• A daily allowance of council runs at no charge
• Access to standard council features
• Daily usage limits apply; the current limits are shown in the product

Pro Plan ($25/month):

• Unlimited council access, subject to fair use
• Larger councils, longer documents and deeper effort levels than Free
• Uploads, research, full history, and document export (Word, PDF, PPTX, XLSX)
• Priority support

Fox Plan ($100/month):

• Everything in Pro, subject to fair use
• The largest councils, the strongest available models, the longest documents and the deepest effort levels
• Agent-drafted deliverables

Plan inclusions and usage limits may change as the service evolves; current plan details are published at llmcouncil.ai/pricing. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of your billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use LLM Council to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the service excessively

6. AI-Generated Content

Important disclaimers about AI-generated content:

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI responses may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. Always verify important information independently.
• Not Professional Advice: LLM Council does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for such matters.
• Your Responsibility: You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content and any decisions made based on it.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit to LLM Council. You grant us a license to process your content to provide the service.

Our Service: LLM Council, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

AI Outputs: You may use AI-generated outputs for your personal or business purposes, subject to applicable laws and these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• LLM Council is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LLM Council harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
